Week Calendar

A facilitator from the Health and Welfare Council of LI helps with application processes and questions about health plans. For appointments call 516-505-4426.  Walk-ins taken on a first- come-first-served basis.

Screenings include a brief cardiac history, blood pressure, simple blood test for cholesterol, and diabetes. Appropriate patient education and referrals, as needed, will be given for clients above the age of 18.

Safely dispose of expired or unwanted medications. Remove medication from bottles and place in a plastic bag prior to disposal. Needles and liquid medication will not be accepted. No registration required.
